Q: The geyser over heats to 85 c then switches off?

A: RESTRICTION ON WATER SUPPLY PLEASE CHECKS THE SIEVES AND ADJUSTS THE WATER TO FULL FLOW.

Q: The geyser sparks but don’t ignite?

A: BYPASS FLUESENSOR TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE BOTH SOLENOIDS VALVES OPEN.

Q: the water is running through the system but not igniting?

A: CHECK BATTRIES AND TEST THE HYDRO FLOW SENSOR IF POWER IS GOING THROUGH.

Q: My geyser is not sparking?

A: Check batteries, check water flow or hydro is faulty.

Q: My geyser is switching off after 2-5min?

A: DID YOU FIT THE FLUE??? To check, bypass the flue sensor to check, if problem persist bypass the heat sensor if that does not work replace computer box faulty.
